C Bay Systems

Our place is located in Bangalore, specifically in Mallasandra, T Dasarahalli. We are at 491/2, right where 11th A Cross meets 12th Main Road. The area is a bit away from the main tech hubs of the city, which is actually quite nice because it's less crowded. We have a simple setup here for C Bay Systems. It's not a flashy tech park building, just a regular property where we have set up our computers and servers. We spend most of our time troubleshooting and working on the systems we manage. The street outside has a few small shops and some houses, so it feels like a real neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this part of town. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria; we usually just order some food or bring it from home. The office is a bit cluttered with old cables and spare keyboards that we might need one day. We are just a small group of people who enjoy working with technology. There’s no dress code here, so you’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We try to keep our heads down and get the work done without making a big deal about it. It’s a practical way to run a business in Bangalore without all the extra noise. We like it here.
