C B A Sab Associates is located in Sunvi Arcade over in New Tharagpet. We are on the 3rd Floor at number 127. The building is on the 3rd Main Road. New Tharagpet is a hub for trade and commerce, so there is always a lot of activity around us. You’ll see trucks loading and unloading goods on the streets nearby. Our office is a bit higher up, which gets us away from some of the street noise. It’s a plain office with desks and plenty of paperwork. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s a place where we sit down and focus on the numbers and the details. Usually, there are a couple of us working at any given time. We spend most of our hours looking at documents or talking to clients on the phone. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't try to be something we're not. We just provide our services from this third-floor space. Getting to the office involves a bit of a climb or using the lift if it's working, but once you're inside, it’s a quiet place to get things done. The arcade has a few other businesses too, so there is a sense of everyone just doing their own thing. We like being in this part of town because it feels like the heart of the local economy. No frills, just steady work every day.
