If you are trying to find Fletchur Inc., you have to look behind the National Gym twice, just like the address says. We are at No. 1116/5 in Muninanjappa Layout, which is tucked away in Kothanur. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and if you don’t know the gym, you might miss us entirely. The sounds from the gym are a constant background noise, mostly just people lifting weights or the music they play. Our space is pretty simple. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment and desks. It’s not a shiny corporate office, more like a converted spot that works for what we need. The layout has its quirks, like the way the light hits the back room in the late afternoon. We deal with various bits of business throughout the day, and it’s usually just a couple of us handling everything. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost and call us from the main road, so one of us has to walk out to wave them in. It’s a quiet part of town except for the gym traffic. We like being in Kothanur because it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. There’s a tea shop around the corner where we usually end up talking about what needs to get done for the next week.
