Working at Bydesign India Pvt. Ltd. means spending a lot of time in Electronic City Phase -1. Our address is 43, Hosur Road, and if you’ve ever had to commute down that road, you know exactly what the morning traffic is like. It’s a busy area, full of big buildings and lots of people in a hurry, but our little corner of it feels a bit more grounded. We’ve got a space that’s mostly filled with computers and drawing tablets because that’s what we do all day. It’s a Private Limited company, so there’s some paperwork and structure, but we try to keep the actual daily vibe pretty relaxed. There’s usually someone complaining about the commute or talking about where to get the best lunch nearby. The office itself has plenty of light, which is nice when you’re staring at a screen for eight hours. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just talk like regular people and try to get the designs right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the building gets really quiet, which is actually a nice change from the usual buzz of Hosur Road. We have a small kitchen area where the fridge is usually full of half-eaten lunches and old milk, just like any other office. It’s a practical place for practical work, and we’re happy to be part of the tech hub here.
