Our small office for Bvm Tours And Travels is located at 41 Wilson Garden on the 12th Cross. It’s a nice, established part of the city and I have been working out of this spot for many years. The travel business is always a bit hectic because people are usually in a rush to get somewhere. Most of my day is spent answering the phone and booking vehicles for people who live in the neighborhood. The 12th Cross is actually quite peaceful compared to the noise of the main road, which makes it a nice place to sit and work. The office is pretty basic, just a room with some old chairs and maps on the wall. I don't see any reason to make it look fancy when we are just here to arrange rides. We have a few drivers who have been with us for a long time and they really know their way around the backstreets of the city. I handle most of the bookings myself and I’m often here until late making sure the early morning trips are all set. A lot of the families around Wilson Garden know us well because we’ve helped them out with various trips over the years. It’s a good feeling to have that connection with the local people. We don’t do any big advertising, just the sign out front. It’s simple work and we just try to keep the cars moving.
