Our office is tucked away at 619 in the 11th Phase of JP Nagar, right on 3rd Cross here in Bangalore. If you know this part of the city, you know how the traffic can get, especially during the morning rush. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the usual daily stuff that comes with running a business like Bvg India.Ltd. It’s not always glamorous, mostly just keeping track of schedules and making sure people are where they need to be. The building isn't anything too special, just a regular workplace where we sit and get through our lists. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep going. Bangalore has changed a lot lately and JP Nagar has grown so much, so there's always noise from construction nearby. We have a small team here and we’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time now. We aren't trying to be some big corporate machine, just regular folks trying to do a decent job every day. Most of the staff comes in from all over the city, so we talk a lot about the commute and where to get the best coffee nearby. It’s a practical setup we have, nothing too flashy, just desks and computers and a lot of phone calls to get through.
