Our place is in Peth Vadgaon which is a small area in Kolhapur. The name of the company is Bvg India Ltd. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of the people who work here are from the local villages. It’s a practical sort of place where we focus on getting jobs done. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy lobby areas. It’s mostly just an office where we manage our staff and the equipment we use for our contracts. Peth Vadgaon is a busy spot and there is always something going on in the streets outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on how things are going. It’s hard work and it isn't always clean but that is just the nature of what we do. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up and do the work that is assigned to us. The floor is concrete and easy to sweep out at the end of the shift when we are cleaning up. The office can get a bit messy with all the paperwork and files but we know where everything is. Kolhapur is a great place to be and we like being part of the community here. We just keep our heads down and make sure our clients are taken care of without any extra drama or complicated words.
