Our office is over in the Inspire Building, right in the middle of Kartik Nagar. If you know the Lrde Layout in Doddanekkundi, then you know exactly how busy this area can get with all the traffic and people moving around. We are just a small group of people working on software stuff in a space that feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. There are cables running along the floor in some places, and the desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and notebooks. We don't have a fancy reception desk with someone waiting to greet you; you just walk in and find someone at a computer. The building itself is pretty modern, but our particular corner has a lot of character, mostly from the piles of old hardware we haven't thrown away yet. We spend most of our time staring at screens and arguing about why a piece of code isn't working the way it should. Lunch usually means going down to one of the local stalls nearby or eating at the desk while watching a video. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the air conditioning can be a bit moody, blowing either too cold or not enough. We like it here because it’s right where the action is in Doddanekkundi. It’s a practical place for people who just want to build things and get the work done.
