Buggis Heart & Lung Care Centre is situated at 116/2 on East End Main Road in the 9th Block of Jayanagar. It’s a bit of a tricky address because the paperwork mentions Chickpet and D S Lane too, but we are definitely here in Jayanagar 560041. The building is situated in a way that captures the breeze, which is good because Jayanagar can get quite warm in the afternoons. Dealing with heart and lung problems is serious work, but we try to keep the atmosphere here as calm as possible. It is not a huge hospital, just a specialized center where we focus on these specific issues. We have a lot of elderly patients who have been coming to us for years. They like the fact that it’s not too crowded and they can get some personal attention. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we all know how the other person works. It makes things run a bit smoother. Sometimes the traffic on East End Main Road is a nightmare, so we always suggest patients leave their homes a bit early. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just focus on the patients who walk through the door. It’s a very basic, honest way of running a clinic.
