Our office is located at number 40 on Krishna Rao Road, right on the fourth floor of Lakshmi Vilas Chambers. It’s a pretty well-known spot because we’re directly opposite Vani Vilas Hospital. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy with people coming and going from the hospital across the way. The building itself, Lakshmi Vilas Chambers, has been around for a while. It’s got that older charm, with a simple entrance and a lift that’s seen better days but still works. Inside the Karnataka Chapter office, it’s mostly just desks, files, and some meeting space. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. It’s a workspace for the society’s activities. People come by for various reasons, usually related to the work we do for the chapter here in Karnataka. Krishna Rao Road is a central part of the city, so there’s a lot of traffic and noise outside, but it’s quieter once you’re up on the fourth floor. We spend our days handling the usual paperwork and organizing things. It’s a very grounded kind of place. There’s no corporate gloss here, just some people working in an office in a busy part of town. If you’re looking for us, just look for the chambers across from the big hospital gates.
