Chinmaya Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital

You can find us tucked inside the Chinmaya Hospital Compound on CMH Road. We are part of that 2nd Stage area of Indra Nagar which is usually bustling with people and traffic. Being inside the compound makes it a little bit quieter than being right on the main road, but not by much. We mainly focus on heart health stuff here. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and has everything we need to do our jobs. Most of our days are spent looking at charts and talking to patients who are worried about their hearts. It’s a serious place, but we try to keep a calm atmosphere. The waiting room isn't huge, so it can feel a bit cramped when several families are there at once. We have some old chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. The walk from the main gate of the compound to our entrance isn't too long. Sometimes the parking lot gets so full that people have to park way down the street and walk back. We see a lot of elderly folks coming in for their checkups. It’s just a routine for us, opening up in the morning and seeing who comes through the door. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. It's just a functional medical space in a busy part of Bangalore. The front desk staff stays pretty occupied with all the phone calls and appointments we have to track throughout the day. We try to keep the water cooler filled up for the visitors.
