We are located at 16/1 Uttarahalli in Chandan Nagar, right by Shivaji Chowk. If you know where Skanda School & College is, then you’ve basically found us. Being so close to a school means it gets pretty loud when the bells ring and kids are heading home, but it keeps the place feeling alive. This area has a lot of family energy. We spend our days looking after the grounds and making sure everything at the property is running like it should. It’s not a high-stress corporate job, but there’s always something that needs fixing or a plant that needs watering. We aren't some massive real estate conglomerate. It’s just a small team here at the site. We usually have a bit of mud on our shoes from walking around the garden areas. Sometimes we sit out near the chowk to have our lunch and watch the traffic go by. The weather in Uttarahalli can be a bit unpredictable, so we’re always checking the sky. We’ve got a small office room where we keep the tools and the ledgers. It’s a bit cramped but it works for us. We like the local vibe of Chandan Nagar. Most people around here recognize us by now. We don't have any big speeches to give about our work, we just like keeping the place looking decent for the residents.
