You can find us over at 1190 A, right on the 14th Main, 4th Cross in Bangalore. This is the office for British Airways in this part of Karnataka. It’s not an airport, obviously, just a regular office where we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't usually see. There’s a lot of talk about flights, delays, and schedules all day long here. We deal with bookings and help people out when their travel plans change, which honestly happens more than you’d think. The office is located in a decent enough spot, and we’ve gotten to know all the little tea shops nearby. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s quiet enough for us to actually get some work done. We have a lot of computers and phones that stay pretty busy from the moment we walk in. Working for a big name like British Airways means we have a lot of rules we have to follow, but in this specific office, we’re just a regular crew. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep any mistakes to a minimum. It’s not always the most exciting work. Sometimes it’s just staring at screens for hours on end and making sure the names match up with the tickets.
