British Airways

We are over in Vikas Puri, at B-10 Poorti Apartments. This is where the British Airways office or contact point is for this part of New Delhi. It is an apartment building, not a big airport terminal or a skyscraper. 110018 is the pincode for this neighborhood. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. It is a bit different from what you might expect for an airline. There is a lot of paperwork and phone calls that go on here every day. We do not have planes parked outside, obviously. It is mostly just desks, computers, and files stacked up. We deal with the administrative side of things. The neighbors in the apartments are used to us being here. It is a busy area of Delhi, so there is always something happening outside. We do not really do the flashy stuff you see in the commercials. It is just us doing the day-to-day grind. We try to keep things sorted so the bigger operations run right. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. Poorti Apartments is a pretty typical residential complex. B-10 is our unit, and we have made it work for our needs. We do not have any big signs on the building, so you have to look for the door. We just focus on the details and try to get the paperwork right every time for the travelers.
