British Airways

You can find us over at Lewis Nook Apartments on the ground floor. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office like British Airways, being right there on Wheeler Road Extension in Cooke Town, but it works for us. Bangalore-560005 is a quiet enough area, mostly residential, so it’s not as crazy as the city center. We spend our days tucked away in the 97/3 unit. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls. People might expect something very corporate and polished, but we’re just a small crew working here. We have to keep track of a lot of moving parts. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a mess, and we all complain about the traffic getting in. We don't really do big speeches about what we do. We just log in, check the schedules, and try to keep everything organized. It gets pretty busy around certain times of the year, and the office can feel a bit cramped with all the files and folders. We’ve got a little kitchen area for breaks where we sit and talk. It’s just a practical space for us to get the job done. We’ve lived in this city for years, so we know how the daily grind is. It’s just us doing our part in a busy neighborhood. We keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks.
