Our local office is situated in Bangalore, Karnataka 560076, India. Even though we are part of a big name like British Airways, this specific office feels a lot more like a local workplace. We have a team of people here who handle the local side of things, like answering questions about tickets or helping out when someone has a problem with their travel plans. The office is full of desks and computer monitors, and it usually smells like the tea we drink throughout the day to stay awake. It is a functional space, meant for getting things sorted out rather than looking pretty. We get all kinds of people coming in or calling us, and we just try to give them a straight answer without any confusing jargon. The traffic around this part of Bangalore can be a nightmare, so many of us show up a bit tired from the commute, but we get the work done regardless. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know that people want to get to their destination without a lot of trouble, and we do our best to help them with that. It is a busy environment, and there is always something to do, but we are a friendly group and we keep things moving along as best as we can every single day.
