We are over in Bangalore at Pioneer Residency. Our office is Flat 103 on Plot 9. It’s tucked away on 17th C, in the 560070 pin code area. It’s more of a residential-feeling spot than a big tech park, which we actually prefer. Bristol Technology Software has been running out of this apartment for a bit now. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day staring at screens. It’s quiet enough that we can get things done, but you still hear the neighborhood noises, like the kids playing outside or someone’s car alarm. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. If you come to the flat, you’ll just see a bunch of people working. It’s a very normal office, maybe a bit messy with cables and stuff everywhere. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we’re just a small software company doing our work. The location is good because it’s not as chaotic as the main roads. We usually order in lunch or bring something from home. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the independence of being in a residency like Pioneer. It feels more like a home than a corporate building. We just do our work and keep to ourselves.
