Bright Star Multiservice Center

The shop has been here in Sanjay Nagar on 1st D Cross for a while now. We mostly spend our time helping people with their daily tasks. It’s a small place in 8th Block, and there isn't much room for fancy chairs or anything like that. People come in when they need a quick printout or help with some online forms they don’t understand. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when the school kids come by for their project work. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just sit and talk with the neighbors while we wait for the page to load. We aren't a big corporation, just a few of us here making sure things get done. The desk is always covered in papers and pens that don't always work, but that’s just how it is. It can be noisy with the traffic outside, but we like being right in the middle of everything. If you walk past the corner, you'll see our sign. We do a bit of everything, from mobile recharges to helping with government IDs. It isn't always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. Mostly, it's about making sure the person who walks in gets what they came for. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. Sometimes we run out of change and have to go to the shop next door to break a big note.
