Brigade Travel & Holidays

Our office, Brigade Travel & Holidays, is tucked away in the 103 unit of 5th Avenue. It is right there on Brigade Road, which is always crowded and full of life. We are right next to the HP building and across from the Bata shop, so it’s easy for people to spot us when they are out shopping. We’ve been operating from this corner of Bangalore for years. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We handle a lot of holiday packages and general travel bookings. People come in after buying shoes across the street and ask about prices for flights or hotels. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know how the travel business works in this city. Some days are really quiet, and other days we can't even take a lunch break because the phone won't stop ringing. We just try to be honest about the prices we find. Brigade Road is always loud with traffic and people, but inside the office, it’s mostly just us clicking away on keyboards. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We don’t overcomplicate things. If a customer wants to go somewhere, we find a way to get them there within their budget. We keep some old travel magazines on the table for people to look at while they wait. It’s just how we do things.
