Brigade Tours & Travels

We set up Brigade Tours & Travels inside Castle Chambers over in Richmond Town. It’s at number 27, and it’s a fairly old building with a lot of character. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time, helping people plan their trips and get their tickets sorted. Richmond Town is a nice area, a bit quieter than some other parts of the city, which we appreciate. Our office is full of maps and old notebooks where we keep track of things. We aren't one of those big online travel sites; we’re just real people sitting at desks. When you come in, you’ll probably see one of us on the phone or looking at a computer screen. We like talking to people about where they want to go. It’s more interesting than just clicking buttons. We have stacks of brochures that are probably a bit out of date, but they look nice on the shelves. There’s a small tea stall just outside Castle Chambers where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. Sometimes things go wrong with flights or hotels, and we spend our time trying to fix that for folks. It’s a lot of coordination and checking details. We don't have a fancy sign or a polished showroom. It’s just a practical space where we can focus. Most of our regulars have been coming to us for years. They know where Castle Chambers is and they just walk in.
