Our office is tucked away at 373 in the 43rd Block here in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of the city if you aren’t used to the layout. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, and it serves us well enough. The space inside is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We handle the hospitality side of things, but our day-to-day isn't very glamorous. It’s mostly about scheduling, making sure the supplies are ordered, and talking to the different sites we look after. We aren't the ones in the fancy uniforms you see at the front desk. We’re the ones in the back office wearing regular clothes and drinking too much tea to stay awake. The atmosphere here is relaxed but we stay busy. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It’s just a group of people who have worked together for years. We know each other's families and what everyone is doing for the weekend. We try to keep the paperwork moving so that everything else runs smooth. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but we’re used to it by now.
