Brigade Group

Our branch is over at 290, Maruthinagar in Yelahanka. Being in Bangalore, we deal with the usual stuff like the changing weather and the famous traffic that everyone talks about. The office is a decent size, nothing too crazy, with enough room for the team to sit and go over plans. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps or talking about different sites around the city. It gets quite busy in the afternoons when people come in with questions. We have a small area where we keep our boots and some gear if we’ve been out in the field. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the whole place. We don’t have a lot of corporate posters or anything, just some notes pinned to a board. Sometimes the water delivery is late and we all have to wait for our refills. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We know the local shopkeepers around Maruthinagar and usually grab our snacks from them. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just sit down, do the math, check the drawings, and try to get things done on time. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don’t need much explaining. Just a regular day at work for us in Yelahanka. We just keep going.
