Brandbaron Marketing Pvt Ltd is based at 15 Hosur Road. We are tucked away in Magnolia Enclave, which is a decent enough spot to work from. Most of our time is spent looking at screens or talking about how to sell things for other people. It’s not always glamorous like you see on TV. There are a lot of emails and trying to figure out what a client actually wants when they say they want something bold. The office at Magnolia Enclave is where the work happens, if you can call it that. It is mostly just us sitting around desks with a lot of half-empty mugs. Hosur Road is usually packed with traffic so getting here in the morning is a bit of a struggle. Once we are inside, it’s all about the work. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to branding. Some days we are coming up with names and other days we are just checking if the colors look right on a printout. It is a small team and we know each other well. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure the brands we look after don't look boring. It’s a job and we try to do it right every time. Sometimes things get messy with deadlines, but we always manage to pull through together and get it done.
