Working at Brainisle Technology Solutionz Private Limited means spending a lot of time at 13, Mathru Bhavan in the NTI Layout. We are located in Nagashetty Halli, which is part of the RMV II Stage area in Bangalore. It is a pretty residential-feeling neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a cold business district at all. Mathru Bhavan is a solid building, and our space is filled with the usual office things like computers, half-empty mugs, and plenty of notebooks. We do technology work, which basically means we sit around solving problems and building things for our clients. The layout is nice for walks during lunch, and there are some good trees around that give a bit of shade. We are a small group, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, for better or worse. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It is a bit informal, but we get the work finished on time. The traffic in Bangalore can be a nightmare getting to RMV II Stage, so some of us come in early to beat the rush. We’ve got a small pantry area where we heat up our lunch boxes. It’s not a high-tech lab or a skyscraper office, just a practical workspace where we focus on tech solutions. We like the quiet vibe of the NTI Layout and the way the afternoon light hits the desks.
