We are located over at 24, M.M.K. Garden in the Doddigunta area of Cox Town. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find P.S.K. Naidu Road, you’re basically there. We’ve got a small setup where we handle various back-office tasks and phone calls. It gets pretty noisy with all the talking and the clicking of keyboards, but we’re used to it. The neighborhood has a lot of history, and we like being based in this part of Bangalore. The 560 005 area code feels like home to most of us. We aren't some massive call center with thousands of seats. We’re just a small team working out of this space. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of life here. We deal with a lot of data and paperwork that needs to be moved from one place to another. It’s steady work. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Lunch breaks usually mean heading out to the small shops nearby for some snacks. It’s a practical environment. No one wears suits here. We just come in, put on our headsets, and get to work. If you're looking for us, look for the building near the garden. It’s a bit tucked away, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the spot.
