Bpl Techno Vision Pvt Ltd is based out of Arekere on Bannerghatta Road, at number 13. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of other offices and shops nearby, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, it’s a pretty standard office setup with desks, computers, and a lot of cables running around. We aren't a big, flashy tech giant with bean bags and game rooms; we are just a group of people coming in every day to get our work done. The atmosphere is mostly quiet, filled with the sound of typing and the occasional meeting in the corner. We have a small pantry where we make tea and coffee, which is where most of the talking happens. Our days are spent dealing with technical stuff and making sure the projects are moving along as they should. Sometimes things break or software doesn't behave, and then it gets a bit stressful, but we usually figure it out eventually. We’ve been at this location for a while, so we’ve seen the road outside get wider and the traffic get heavier over time. It’s a practical place to work, and we don't put much effort into making the office look like a magazine photo. We focus more on what is on our screens and getting the tasks finished. People here are mostly local and just want to do a good job and head home to their families at the end of the day.
