We are set up as Boxtrans Logistics India Services Pvt Ltd. at No. 60 on the 1st Cross, 1st Main in Narayanappa Garden. This is in the Tavarekere area of Bangalore-29. Logistics is a lot of moving parts, and our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with a lot of boxes and transport schedules every single day. The street outside is usually full of bikes and the occasional delivery van trying to squeeze through. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and logbooks piled up on the shelves. It’s not a fancy place, just a ground-floor spot where we can keep track of everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and warehouses, trying to figure out where everything is. Sometimes things go missing or get delayed, and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting it out. It is stressful work, but we are used to it by now. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. We have a small group of people working here, and we’ve all become pretty good friends. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just a small board so people can find us. It is a practical setup for a business that is all about moving stuff from one place to another. We just try to keep things organized as best as we can.
