Bot It Services Private Limited is tucked away just off Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. This part of the city is always moving, but our spot is a bit more tucked back. We have a small office where we handle all our service work. It’s just a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of cables everywhere. We aren't really the type to dress up in suits or anything. Most of us just wear jeans and get to work. We spend a lot of time on our computers, as you might expect given the name. The team is pretty tight-knit. We’ve been working together for a while and we know how everyone likes their coffee. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a practical place where we can focus. Sometimes it gets a little loud when we are all talking at once, but mostly it's just the sound of typing. We like being near Bannerghatta Road because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a meal. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work and keep things running smoothly. Our setup is simple and honest. We don't use a lot of big words to explain ourselves. We just show up, do the service work, and go home to our families. It’s a normal job for us and we enjoy the people we work with every day.
