Our office is on the first floor at 266 Cambridge Layout. We’re right near the Ylg Beauty Parlour, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Book My Go.Com is what we call ourselves, and this is where we run everything from. It’s not a massive call center or anything like that. It’s just a few of us in a room with some laptops and phones. Cambridge Layout is a nice area, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. The office is pretty basic. We have some posters on the walls and a lot of coffee mugs sitting around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. It gets pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused, but then it gets noisy when we’re all talking at once. We don't have a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow. We’ve been here for a bit and we like how close we are to everything. It’s a practical spot for us. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We’re just regular people trying to keep the business moving. Sometimes we order food from the places nearby and eat at our desks. It’s a small, lived-in office that suits us just fine. We have a whiteboard where we scribble notes and reminders. It’s a messy way to work but it’s our way. The internet goes out sometimes, and we just take a break.
