Blue Horizon Holidays

We are located at 8/25 on the Inner Ring Road. If you know where the Adishwar Showroom is in Basavanagar, we’re right near there. Seshadripuram can be a bit of a maze, but we’re opposite Axis Books, which is a good landmark to tell people. Blue Horizon Holidays is the name on the door. We spend our days looking at maps and booking things for people who want to get away for a bit. The office is full of brochures and printouts. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. The Inner Ring Road is always humming with traffic, so there’s a constant sound of cars and bikes outside. It keeps us feeling like we’re in the middle of things. We aren't a giant travel agency with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems and find the right routes. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times we’re just sitting here waiting for someone to walk in. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. Planning trips is a lot of paperwork, but we’re used to it. It’s a decent living and we like hearing about where people want to go.
