Blue Eyes Software Solutions is situated out on Airport Road in Bangalore. It is a busy stretch of road and we are right in the middle of all that activity. We have a team of people here who spend most of their time coding or testing different software tools for our clients. It’s a lot of staring at monitors and trying to find where a bug might be hiding in the code. The office is pretty open so you can always hear the clicking of keyboards and people talking through some logic problem at their desks. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees; we are just a dedicated group of tech folks who like building things that actually work. Our space is filled with computers, cables, and the occasional empty pizza box from a late-night session when we are trying to push out a new update. We don't really have a formal dress code or anything like that because we care more about the quality of the work we write than what someone is wearing. Being on Airport Road means it’s easy for people to find us, though the noise from the traffic and the planes can be a lot sometimes. We usually start the morning with a quick chat about what needs to be finished and then everyone just gets to it. It is a simple way of working but it suits the kind of people we are. We just want to make software.
