Blue Chip Events

Our place is at 897, 8th Cross in Bangalore, right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. It’s a decent-sized office where we handle all the event planning and coordination work. The 8th Cross can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, so most of us just find whatever spot we can and walk the rest of the way. The office itself is pretty simple and functional. We have some large tables where we spread out floor plans and schedules for various upcoming projects. It’s not a very fancy setup, just a lot of shelves filled with old event files and some samples of materials we use. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones or typing out emails to vendors and clients. Since it’s an events business, things can get a bit chaotic when a deadline is coming up, and you’ll see people running around with clipboards and boxes. But on regular days, it’s just a quiet spot where we sit and drink a lot of coffee while working through our lists. We have a small balcony where you can see the street below, which is a good place to clear your head during a long afternoon. There aren't any big posters about values or anything on the walls, just a few local maps and maybe a calendar with some dates circled in red ink. We’re just a bunch of people who enjoy getting things sorted and making sure everything is ready for the next big day without any drama.
