It’s usually pretty loud outside on 11th Cross, especially when the school buses start rolling through 8th Main in the mornings. We have been working out of this spot in Bangalore for a while now. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our stuff done every day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that is just how things go around here. We have a small team and most of us live close enough to walk or take a quick scooter ride. The stairs are a bit steep if you are carrying boxes, but we are used to it by now. There is a small tea stall just around the corner that gets a lot of our money because the ginger chai is actually decent. We don’t really have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door at No. 13/20. It gets dusty pretty fast with all the construction happening down the road. We spend most of our time just keeping up with the paperwork and making sure the orders are moving along. It is a simple setup with some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. Most days it is just about getting through the list and heading home before the evening traffic gets too bad on the main road.
