Bjn Hotels is located in Bangalore at No.38, Palani Mudaliar Street. This is right in the Ulsoor area, which is a pretty old and well-known part of the city. The pin code for us is Banagalore-8. The street we are on is not very wide, and it can get quite busy during the evening time when everyone is heading home. It is a local neighborhood with a lot of small shops and houses nearby. Our building stands out a little bit but it is not a skyscraper or anything. We have been part of this Ulsoor community for some years now. The staff here mostly knows the regular faces that walk by every day. Working at Bjn Hotels means dealing with a lot of different things at once. It’s not always smooth and sometimes the plumbing or the lights give us trouble, but we just fix it and move on. There isn't any big corporate manual we follow; we just do what needs to be done. The Palani Mudaliar Street has its own charm with the old trees and the small temples around the corner. We like being here because it feels like real Bangalore, not the new glass-and-steel parts of the city. It’s a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but it’s home for the business. We keep our doors open and just handle whatever the day brings to our desk. The morning traffic is a bit much but you get used to it. Most of the people working here live close by so we walk to work.
