Bitmodo Technologies is based at 90, 6th Cross in the CIL Layout. This is part of Cholanayakanahalli in the RT Nagar area of Bangalore. Our office is tucked away in a more residential part of the city, which makes it a bit quieter than the main roads. It is a basic setup in a normal building. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, if the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up and opens it. We spend most of our time dealing with technology and trying to make things work the way they should. Some days are harder than others, especially when we hit a bug that we can't find. We have a few desks, some whiteboards that are usually covered in notes, and a small kitchen area. It is not a very polished place, but it is comfortable for us. We don't have big meetings or long presentations. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be decided. The 6th Cross can be easy to miss if you are driving too fast, but we like it here. It feels like a real place where people actually work hard. We aren't trying to be anything other than a small tech team doing our jobs every day. It is a practical way to run a business.
