Birthday Shoppe

Finding us near the Indira Nagar ESI Hospital isn't too hard once you get onto 7th Main in HAL 2nd Stage. Birthday Shoppe is located at 3137A, and it’s basically just a room filled with everything you’d expect for a party. We spend a lot of time blowing up balloons or trying to untangle streamers that got knotted up in the bins. It gets pretty hectic on Saturday mornings when everyone realizes they forgot to buy candles or a specific colored ribbon. The shop isn't very big, so things tend to pile up near the back door. Indira Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always people walking past, looking through the window at the bright colors inside. We don't really do much advertising; people just see the sign and come in when they have a celebration coming up. It’s a lot of work keeping track of what’s in stock, especially since things go missing or get crushed under heavier boxes. The floor could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to close up and do it. We just keep the doors open and hope the rain doesn't come in under the front step. It’s just a local business doing what it can to stay organized in a crowded part of town. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff, and we just have to tell people to wait until next week for the new delivery to arrive.
