Binary Essentials Consulting Pvt Ltd is set up in New Bank Colony, Konnankunte. We are on the 2nd Cross, at house number 210. This part of Bangalore is mostly residential, so it’s pretty quiet during the day. It’s a nice change from the traffic in the city center. We are a consulting firm, but it doesn't feel like a high-pressure corporate office. It’s more of a converted house where we have set up our workstations. We have a small team here. Most of our work involves sitting at our laptops and looking at data or planning out projects for our clients. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The office has a few plants that someone forgets to water sometimes. We don't have a dress code, so you'll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. People drop by for meetings and we usually just sit around the main table to talk. It’s very informal. We focus on getting the work done right rather than how we look doing it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually try to head out before the evening traffic gets too bad. It’s a good little spot and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
