We are out in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at D-361 on the 10th Cross. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a world of its own with trucks, workshops, and lots of activity. Bilva Technologies Pvt Ltd has been based here for a good while. The 10th Cross is a busy little section of the estate, and we are right in the thick of it. The building is a typical industrial structure, nothing fancy, just solid walls and enough space for our equipment. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep things moving. We don't have a fancy corporate office with carpets and glass walls. It’s more of a place where people wear boots and aren't afraid to get their hands a bit dirty. Most of the team knows the area well, and we usually get our lunch from the local canteens that serve the workers around here. Finding D-361 can be a bit of a challenge for newcomers because the numbering in the industrial area isn't always logical, but once you find us, you won't miss the sign. We just focus on getting through the workload each day. It’s a no-nonsense environment. There’s no marketing talk here, just the sound of machines and people working together to finish the tasks on the list before the day ends.
