You’re always around students and academic activity. We have our designated space where we handle all the technology solutions stuff. It’s not your typical corporate office. Sometimes it feels like being back in school, especially when we walk through the main gates in the morning. The Bangalore traffic around Banashankari can be pretty heavy, so we all have our shortcuts to get here. Inside the office, it’s pretty standard—desks, chairs, and lots of computers. We do a lot of our thinking and building here. It’s handy being near the engineering departments because the atmosphere is very focused on learning and building things. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or anything, just a place to sit and work. We might grab a snack from the college canteen if we’re hungry. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a nice walk once you get inside the campus. We spend most of our hours here, just getting through the tasks we have for the week. It’s a unique spot for a company to be, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the college calendar over the years. We find it keeps us on our toes.
