You can find us at number 71 on the 3rd Cross in Rankanagar, Bangalore. We are a small team at Bhoomija Developers and we spend most of our time out on sites or dealing with the mountain of paperwork that comes with building things in this city. Bangalore is growing so fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the local projects we have on our plate. Our office is a simple setup; we don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. It is mostly just maps, blueprints, and coffee cups scattered around. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how the construction is going. Dealing with land and development is a bit of a headache sometimes with all the regulations and the traffic you have to fight to get anywhere. We have been in Rankanagar for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. It is a bit quieter than the main roads. We don't go in for big sales pitches. We just show people the plots or the buildings we are working on and let them decide for themselves. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to see if the materials arrived on time. It is a lot of legwork, but we enjoy seeing a project actually get finished. It is just a regular local business trying to get the job done right without making any big fuss.
