You’ll find our place at 20 New Thippasandra Char Rasta right on Surat Road. It is a busy spot and the traffic never seems to stop. We handle various systems and services here. Some days it is just fixing small household gadgets and other days we are working on bigger setups for people. We didn't start with a big plan or anything. We just opened the doors and started helping folks who walked in. The office isn't fancy. We have a few old desks and some tools that have seen better years, but they do the job just fine. Most people in the neighborhood know us by now. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take. Sometimes parts are hard to get and we have to wait for the delivery truck to show up from across town. It can be frustrating but that is just how it goes sometimes. It is usually just a couple of us here. We drink a lot of tea and listen to the radio while we work. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been enough to keep us busy throughout the week. We just like fixing things and keeping the shop running as best as we can. It is a simple life and we are happy with it.
