Bheemas

We've been here on Brigade Road for a good while now. Most days it's just a lot of traffic and people walking past the window. It gets loud outside, especially on the weekends when everyone is out and about. We just keep things moving inside. Bheemas isn't anything fancy. It’s just us doing what we do every day. The staff here mostly knows the regulars who come in from the nearby shops. Sometimes the rain starts suddenly and everyone ducks in for a bit. We don't mind that. It’s part of being in this part of town. Usually, things start early in the morning with the prep and we don't really slow down until the lights go off. It's a lot of standing around and making sure things are ready. We don't spend much time on the decor or anything like that because we’re too busy with the actual work. Brigade Road has changed a lot since we first started, but we just stay in our corner and keep at it. If you walk down the street, you’ll see us. We have the usual tables and chairs and nothing much else. It’s just a place to get some food and then get back to whatever you were doing. We don't have a big story to tell. It’s just work. Every day is mostly the same, which is fine by us. We just like the routine and the familiar faces that pop in.
