Bhavani Novelty Stores

We’ve been here at 12th Main in Rajajinagar for quite a while now. Bhavani Novelty Stores is just one of those small spots where you can find all sorts of random things you need for the house or for gifts. People usually stop by when they are looking for something specific but end up browsing through the shelves because there is a lot to see. It’s a 3rd Block landmark for some of the folks living nearby. We try to keep the shelves stocked with whatever is in demand, though sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside when new stock arrives. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out most days. We don't have a big fancy setup, just simple glass counters and rows of items. If you live around Rajajinagar, you probably know the street. It’s busy during the evenings. We open up in the morning and stay until late. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, but we’re used to it. Dealing with the local crowd is the best part of the job. Most customers have been coming here for years, so we know their faces. We carry plastic items, small toys, and various trinkets. It’s not a supermarket, just a regular novelty store. We keep track of everything in old notebooks mostly. If you’re passing by 429/40, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing fancy, just a local shop doing its thing every day.
