My name is Bhat B S N and I run my office from 28 Basaveshwara Nagar in Carmelaram. I am located on the 1st Floor, and the building is very close to the Pavithra Paradise Hotel. Most people use the hotel as a landmark when they are coming to see me for the first time. The office is very plain and I have kept it that way for many years. I have my desk, some filing cabinets, and a couple of chairs for when people visit. Being on the first floor gives me a decent view of the street, but it can get a bit noisy when there is a lot of traffic. Carmelaram has changed so much since I first set up here. There are so many more buildings and shops now than there were before. I am a one-man operation for the most part, so I handle everything myself. I don't have a receptionist or a big team of people working for me. This means I know where every single paper is kept. It is a quiet way of working, and I enjoy the routine of it. I usually arrive early in the morning and stay until the work is done. I don't believe in having expensive furniture or the latest gadgets. As long as I have my files and a working phone, I can get my job done. It is just a straightforward, honest office in a busy part of town.
