We are Bhargav Properties and our office is at 224 Nagarbhavi. We sit right on Raikot Road, near Jangpur Road, and we are directly opposite the Sbm Atm. This makes us pretty easy to spot if you are driving by. We deal with land and houses around this part of Nagarbhavi. It’s not a huge real estate firm with dozens of agents in suits. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office and talking to people who want to buy or sell something. We know the roads and the plots around here quite well because we’ve lived in this area for a long time. The office is small and practical. We don't have a fancy website with thousands of listings. People usually just walk in or give us a call when they see our sign across from the ATM. Nagarbhavi is growing fast and there is always something happening with the land nearby. We try to keep things simple and explain what we know about the properties. Sometimes it’s a bit slow but then it picks up again. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show what is available and let people decide for themselves. It’s a local business and we like it that way. Being near Raikot Road keeps us connected to everything going on in the neighborhood. We just do our business quietly.
