We've been here on Mysore Road for a long time. It's Door No. 2606. The place is big and always busy. Usually, there's a lot of noise from the machinery. It's just what we do every day in Bengaluru. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but we're used to it. People mostly know us as Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and technical stuff. The gates stay open pretty much all the time. Most of the staff has been around for years. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Karnataka is a good place to be based. It's nothing fancy inside, just desks, workshops, and lots of concrete. You find us right near the main road. It's a landmark for most people living nearby. We don't spend much time worrying about the office decor. It's about getting the orders out and keeping the machines running. We have many departments. Everyone has their own job to finish. The weather in Bengaluru stays decent, which helps when you're working in a large plant like this one. It's been part of the city's landscape for quite a while now. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects on the floor. It's not about being the most modern place, but it's where we get things done properly without a lot of fuss. We've got a routine that works for everyone here.
