We are based out of Thrissur district in Kerala. It’s a beautiful part of the country, and we’ve set up shop here to handle aviation matters. Now, aviation sounds like a big, fancy word, but for us, it’s just a lot of technical stuff and paperwork. Our office isn't some high-tech hangar; it's a practical space where we manage the logistics and the details. The weather here can be quite something, with the rains and the heat, but we just work through it. We aren't a giant airline with thousands of planes. We’re a local team that understands how things work in this part of India. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking over maintenance schedules. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important. We don't have a marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell it like it is. If there’s a delay or a problem, we deal with it directly. People in the area know us, and we try to keep a good reputation by just being honest. It’s hard work keeping things in the air, so to speak. We don't have any slogans or catchy jingles. We just show up every morning, get the work done, and go home to our families in the evening. That’s our life here in Thrissur. It is not glamorous, but it is what we know and we do it as best as we can every day. We hope to stay here for a long time.
