We are based at BTM Layout on Ramol Road, specifically at number 1292. Best Of Breed Software Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd is the name on the door, though most of us just call it the office. It's a typical BTM Layout building. There’s always some construction going on nearby and the dust can get a bit much. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have quite a few desks squeezed into the space. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we keep our lunch boxes. It isn't a high-end corporate office. We don't wear suits or have strict rules about where people sit. We just find a spot and get to work. Being on Ramol Road means we are close to a lot of shops, which is handy. We’ve been here at 1292 for a while. You get used to the rhythm of the place. Some days are loud because of the traffic, and other days it’s surprisingly quiet. We are just a group of people who know how to handle software stuff. We don't have a big philosophy or anything fancy. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job. It’s honest work in a regular part of town. If you come by, you’ll see we are just normal folks doing our daily tasks. That’s really all there is to it here at Best Of Breed.
