Bentgerminal Technology Private Limited is situated over on Manipal County Main Road in Singasandra. We are at No.44, Balaji Krupa Layout, which is part of the 2nd Phase. The area around here has changed a lot lately with more buildings coming up, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It is a bit of a drive to get out here if you are coming from the center of Bangalore, but we like being a bit removed from the heavy congestion. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working on technology projects. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches, so we just do our own thing. The layout is quite comfortable, and we’ve set up our workstations to be as practical as possible. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we make sure to take breaks and walk around the layout when it’s not too hot outside. It’s a regular office environment where people focus on their tasks and help each other out when someone gets stuck on a technical problem. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the schedule without making a big fuss about it. Being in Singasandra gives us a good base to operate from. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to handle our workload and go home at the end of the day feeling like we did a decent job.
