We’re located in the 8 Dimension Apartment building, specifically in Flat No 404. You can find us on West Park Road over in Kumara Park East. It’s a pretty central part of the city, which makes getting around a lot easier for the team. Being at No 9 on this road, we’re surrounded by a lot of the usual city bustle and noise. Benefitsklub Technologies isn’t a massive operation with hundreds of employees and a fancy headquarters. We’re a smaller team working out of this apartment space. It feels a bit more personal than a cold office building. We have our desks set up and we just get to work every morning without much fanfare. There’s a lot of greenery around Kumara Park, which is nice when we need a quick break to clear our heads or get some fresh air. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations about our values or corporate goals. Instead, we just focus on the actual work that needs to be finished. The apartment is comfortable and gives us enough room to do what we need without it being too cramped. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or we have to wait for a delivery person who can't find the flat, but we're used to those little hitches. It’s a practical way to run a business in Bangalore without all the overhead of a giant corporate tower. We like it here because it feels real and grounded.
